HS medium for Chlamydomonas

Author: Sueoka, 1960

To 500 mL of dH₂O, add the appropriate volumes of stock solutions 1–4 . Bring the volume to 990 mL with dH₂O and autoclave. After cooling, add the appropriate volume of stock solution 5 aseptically.
