Combine 970 ml of dH₂O and 10 ml of each stock solution. Autoclave. After cooling add 1,5 ml of 1N NaOH (=10g NaOH in 250 ml of dH₂O.

For Euhalothece add 100g of Na₂CO₃ to 1 litre of medium.
